Personal Information which is provided by the customer shall be managed appropriately under the responsible person taken charge by the manager. We will take the necessary and appropriate measures to make effort ensure the security of personal information and will endeavor to prevent improper access to, loss and leakage of personal information, etc.

Furthermore, the Company probably entrusts the contract that Business Operator allows the handling of personal information within a necessary and proper scope in order to provide better service. In that case, the Company shall strictly fulfill the management of personal information protection through the security measures such as above contract with the Business Operator.

4. Do not provide personal information to any third party

The Company shall not provide customer's personal information to any third party except for the following cases:

In the case where the consent of the customer to whom the personal information belongs is obtained;
In the case where it is used in conjunction with the sharing users that is mentioned in 2 above;
>In the case where it is entrusted the contract to the necessary extent to provide the service in No.3 above;
In the case where the customer is required to provide personal information permitted by laws or the public institutions such as police;

5. Disclosure of Personal Information held by the Company

In accordance with the Law of Personal Information Protection (Full Enforcement on April 1, 2005, hereinafter referred to as the "the Personal Information Protection Act"), The Company may disclose customer's personal information held in the specified period by law when the customer is requested to disclose the personal information through the legal procedures prescribed by the Company without any delay and after conducting necessary survey except for the following cases:

In the case that there is a risk of harming the life, body, property or other rights and interests of customer or any third party.

6. Correction, addition, deletion and suspension of use of customer’s personal information

In the case that the customer wishes to correct, add, or delete her/his personal information managed by the Company in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act without the need of further investigation, etc., we will correct the personal information of the customer held in the specified period by the law.
Also, if the customer wishes to suspend the use of personal information for the provision of information services such as e-mail magazines that are supplied by the Company, we will promptly suspend the use of applicable personal information in compliance with Personal Information Protection Act. The Company will do prescribed procedures like identity verification and take any necessary investigations.
